Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): $9.99 — FREE on orders over $100
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $19.99

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also use our Track Order page to follow your shipment.
Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Severe weather, carrier delays, or high order volumes may affect delivery.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier first. If they cannot help, email us at info@windsorstorellc.store for further assistance.
